I was absolutely blown away by the exceptional service at this hotel. Not only did they go above and beyond to return my forgotten jewellery, but they also provided free toiletries and a fully stocked Snack Box in the room, which exceeded my high expectations. the room was cozy and warm, with the added bonus of free Wi-Fi and an electric kettle for convenience. the location, close to multiple dining options, made my stay even more enjoyable. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for its extraordinary attention to detail and top-notch amenities.
